Last week, in Part 1 of the three-part series called Central Florida's Jobs Playbook, Orlando Business Journal brought you the problem with the local jobs market: We have too many unemployed workers.

But this week, in the second part of the series featured in the Sept. 14 issue, reporters reveal how Central Florida can fill the employers empty positions with the unemployed or underemployed workers.
