JOB OVERVIEW: Our client, a leading international education organization requires a National Manager to lead test centre client services and business development duties for their Canadian operations. Critical areas of responsibility and expertise include test-partner operations management, consulting, business development, marketing, administration and CRM management, and financial performance.

QUALIFICATIONS: At least 5 years hands-on operational experience and a Bachelor?s degree. Able to demonstrate executive-level communication and interpersonal skills, planning, analytical and problem-solving skills as well as ability to manage multiple competing priorities.? Practical experience in managing diverse stakeholders with diverse interests, ability to utilize sound judgment, make decisions and act in the best interests of the company.? Strategic aptitude and the ability to understand the big picture. Sound IT skills ? Microsoft Office, CRM systems. Willingness to travel extensively.?? Possessing an existing set of relevant key contacts, experience or knowledge in a similar industry, and a Master?s degree are preferred assets.
JOB DETAILS: Develop and execute 1-year and 3-year business plans for Canadian operations? that include existing centre operations as well as business development goals; Analyze actual versus planned financial, sales and operational results, measure and report on critical KPI?s and respond accordingly so as to meet or exceed expectations; Meet new test centre opening, candidate number, market share and revenue targets in line with budgeted goals and within approved expenses; Ensure existing test centres are able to effectively deliver candidate customer service within compliance requirements; Manage stakeholder relations, marketing, quality/compliance, finance /corporate, aligning to media and government interface protocol , leveraging best practice, etc.; Ensure client satisfaction, effective communication and positive client relations at all times; Align all activities with corporate governance and compliance? standards.
