Which is best for weight loss: cardio or aerobics? | Health198

Which is best for weight loss: cardio or aerobics?

I know that you need a little of both, but which one should be the primary focus of an excersize plan to get back into my favourite jeans?

Aerobics is cadrio ?. Cardio activity is activity that raises the heart rate.

Try exercising in your target heart rate: The body does burn a higher percentage of calories from fat in the 'fat burning zone' or at lower intensities. but, at higher intensities, you burn a greater number of overall calories which is what you should be concerned about when trying to lose weight.

Aerobics IS cardio. Aerobic means 'exercise using oxygen.' Cardio means the same thing.

You should do both. take classes and jog/run/swim. It's good to spread out exercise and do a wide variety of activity to achieve the best results.

Good luck!

Bicycling: Bicycling is an exercise meant to develop your strength and agility. People of all ages and fitness levels can do it safely. Ride on slight slopes to increase resistance and achieve your target heart rate.

Swimming: Swimming is a perfect exercise for the entire body and improves your cardiovascular fitness. it is beneficial to the people suffering from joint pains since water provides support and natural resistance to your body. Swim with different strokes to exercise different muscles. this will maintain balance in your workout. it is a great exercise that allows you to reach your ideal target heart rate very fast.
