United Church in University Place is extending a special invitation to a Thursday night service to ?those who are seeking to find meaning in the holidays, both personally or in response to the recent tragedy in Newtown, Connecticut.?
?Longest Night/Blue Christmas: A Service of Solace? will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 20, at the United Church in University Place, 3912 Grandview Drive. W. This Christmas service offers a time when those who are seeking to find meaning in the holidays may join with others to find hope and comfort.
