iOS: EasilyDo is a new app that aims to be a central hub for all of those personal things you need to do, but would rather have technology do for you. The app can clean up your contacts, let you know when to leave for your next appointment and give you driving or walking directions there (a la Google Now), dial into conference calls for you (and dial the access code), and more. The app even reminds you to say happy birthday to your friends on Facebook, then does it for you.
The app takes the idea of a "personal assistant" and tries to pack in as many useful features and tools possible to organize your life. When you install it, you have the option to connect it with the social networks and services it works with (Facebook, Google, GPS location, etc). You can pick and choose what data the app has access to, and the team behind EasilyDo promises your data is always kept protected and secure, and only used for the app to work. You can choose to add or remove specific features in the app at any time.
From there, EasilyDo alerts you when it's time to leave for your next appointment in order to make it in time, offers up directions so you get there quickly, or just tells you it's time for a conference call and offers to dial into it for you. It also alerts you to major daily events on your calendar, or friends' birthdays on Facebook, and so on. The app also scans your contacts for duplicates and merges or deletes them for you. When you've finished your work, the app even shows you how much you've completed and how productive you've been.
