An Update On Tech Stocks Apple And Yahoo - Minyanville

MINYANVILLE ORIGINAL As Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL) approaches new lows, we have been getting a lot of emails asking when is the right time to buy Apple. It?s frustrating that so many investors are so consumed with trying to buy a name that is not working. Apple is still not a buy here. We told readers we would alert you as soon as we got an approaching oversold level. As many of you who have been following our algorithm know, this algorithm has performed well on Apple. As you can see from the chart below, we were alerted to sell at $691 and $648. For those of you looking for a name that is working in the tech sector, look to Yahoo (NASDAQ:YHOO). Otherwise wait until we alert you that Apple is oversold.
